CINRAD/CC雷达固态调制器原理及故障分析

摘    要:简要介绍了CINRAD/CC雷达固态调制器的组成和基本工作原理,根据收集到的资料和昭通新一代天气雷达自2002年9月安装运行以来出现的故障实例,对故障成因进行认真分析、总结,找出相应的处理方法。通过总结发现,固态调制器故障主要有可控硅(SCR)故障、人工线过压故障、充电过荷故障、SCR风机故障及反峰故障等,稳定的电源系统对固态调制器的正常工作和工作寿命尤为重要。

Abstract:A brief introduction is made to the constituents and primary working principles of the CINRAD/CC radar solid-state modulator.According to data and the practical malfunctions of the Zhaotong Doppler radar,the causes of malfunctions are analyzed and handling methods are discussed.Through analyzing and summarizing,it is found out that common malfunctions of the solid-state modulator include mainly Silicon Controlled Rectifier(SCR),artificial line(PFN:Pulse Form Network) overvoltage,overcharging,SCR fan,and negative peak(value) faults,etc.The steady power supply system is specially important to the normal operation and service life of the solid-state modulator.
