摘    要:目的:优化扫描模式,降低冠状动脉成像辐射剂量.方法:60名患者随机分为两组,每组30人.钙化积分分别应用430 mA和80 mA管电流扫描;延迟时间测定使用团注测定和智能跟踪:冠状动脉成像包括心电门控非管电流调节和管电流调节模式,分别计算所有组平均ED和图像SNR.结果:钙化积分平均ED从2.35±0.42降至0.42±0.03;延迟时间平均功从1.39±0.14降至0.13±0.04;两组冠状动脉成像平均ED从28.22±4.90降至21.14±1.54.两组钙化积分平均SNR组间比较有显著性差异,而两组冠状动脉成像模式平均SNR组间比较无显著性差异.结论:应用80 mA扫描钙化积分、智能跟踪测试延迟时间和心电门控调节管电流模式进行冠状动脉成像,可显著降低辐射剂量并获得诊断需要的图像.
