| 摘 要： | 作者报告了５０例肾癌。分析了肾癌在静脉尿路造影，肾动脉造影、Ｂ型超声和ＣＴ表现。讨论了各项检查的特点。作者认为：诊断肾癌Ｂ型超声检查应为首选，静脉尿路造影为常规检查，对晚餍病人造影后可立即行栓塞疗法，在早期诊断方面ＣＴ为最佳的检查方法。

| Abstract: | This paper is to analyze the imaging diagnosis of 50 cases with renal carcinoma.The characteristics of the examinations, such as intravenous urography (IVU), renal arteriography,B-mode ultrasound and CT diagnosis examination are discussed respectively.It is believed that in the diagnosis of renal carcinoma, B-mode ultrasound examination should be given first and intravenous urography given as routine. After intravenous urography,embolism of renal artery can be performed immediately if the patient is of late stage.As for an early diagnosis,CT is the first to be selected. |
