| 摘 要： | 利用WindowsNT4.0及其所带的Internet Information Server和Active Service Page，结合SQLServer数据库，构筑动态Web信息系统已经是一项比较成熟的互连网技术。以宁夏地震局动态Web信息系统的建设为例，对上述技术方案中的一些基本概念、关键技术五一节等问题做了详细的阐述。
