| 摘 要： | 根据活动构造组合、对以往构造变形机理的质疑、断层带摩擦滑动的模拟实验、构造活动强度与简单剪切参数的关系，提出简单剪切是东南地区活动构造变动的机制，其剪切边是经向左旋，纬向右旋。对这种变动方式的时间分布和空间关系进行了分析，并对实践和理论上与此有关的问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | In this paper,based on the tectonic combination,quaering the tectonic deformation mechanism given formerly, the simulation test of frictional sliding along fault belt, the relation between the strength of tectonic activities and the parmeter of simple, shear,It was advanced that a simple shear Is the fluctuation mechanism of active tectonic In southeast area of China, the fluctuation mode shows the sinistral shear along the longitudinal border and dextral shear along the latitudinal border. Besides, the time distribution and the spatial relationship of the kind of the fluctuation were analyzed, and a new view about the problems related to the fluctuation in practice and theory was advanced and discussed. |
