钢箱梁典型病害分析及其检测与维护技术研究

摘    要:基于对我国钢箱梁桥的钢箱梁病害调查,总结出我国钢箱梁典型病害的类型,分析各种钢箱梁典型病害产生的机理及导致其破坏的原因,提出了钢箱梁病害的日常检测与维护技术。针对钢箱梁的涂装劣化、钢材腐蚀、结构性损伤等病害,给出了日常检测与维护的主要项目,介绍了人工目视检测、超声波检测、磁粉检测及涡流检测等主要的检测方法的工作原理、优缺点和适用范围。

Abstract:Based on the survey of China steel box girder bridges' steel box girder defects,summing up the typical defects of China steel box girder,we analyse every typical defect production mechanism and the reasons of leading to destruction of steel box girder,and propose steel box girder defects' daily testing and maintenance technology.According to coating for the deterioration,steel corrosion,structural damage and other defects of steel box girder,we give the main items of the daily testing and maintenance technology and the main detection methods including manual visual inspection,ultrasonic testing,magnetic particle testing and eddy current testing.Studying the working principle of above testing methods,advantages and disadvantages,and scope of application,should be selected based on the actual requirements in the project.
