| Abstract: | A popular reading book"the face Changed Ground"was published two months after the Jiji earthquaeke on Sep.21,1999 in Taiwan province.The plate tectonic enviroment of Taiwan Region,the tectonic of the epicenter area as well as the hazard of the epicenter area are introduced in this book breifly.This book is benefit both in popular and experts.A book review will be given in this paper. |
