Survey of Present Condition of Chinese Scientific Data Sharing

This article is the last thesis of the series of articles about scientific data sharing policy laws and regulations. The purpose of writing this article is to explain that researches on the scientific data sharing policies and regulations of research systems in China is built on the basis of a lot of researches. Based on that from the practice of seeking solutions to realistic problems in order to develop practical policies, laws and regulations, investigations and researches are the basement of this research. In order to formulate policies, rules and regulations to adapt to the changes in the socio-economic development and new situations, to carry out an in-depth investigation and study, listen to various views, in-depth study of the management rules and operational mechanisms are important. This article details the process of investigation, investigation methods, in order to demonstrate that the research of policies and regulations can not be divorced from reality.
