| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析造成农村地震灾害的多种因素,从地震监测预报、加强防震减灾知识的宣传普及工作、加强农村抗灾减灾基础设施建设、 充分发挥规划部门的作用、加强民房的抗震防震措施以及地震紧急救助等六个方面提出了农村防震减灾的对策.

| Abstract: | Several factors affecting earthquake disaster are analyzed. The countermeasures of quakeproof and earthquake disasters reduction in rural area have been proposed from six aspects including seismic monitoring and prediction, poputarization of anti-earthquake kowledge, strengthe ning residential construction and infrastructural facilities, displaying function of planning department, as well as strengthening emergency relief. |
