| 摘 要： | 据历史资料记载,甘肃省因地震死亡人数超过4万。地震造成人员伤亡的主要因素是地震强度、自然环境、人工环境和社会环境。对这些因素进行系统分析,将有助于最大限度地减轻震时造成的人员伤亡。

| Abstract: | More than 40 000 people were killed in the earthquakes recorded by the historical ma-te rials in Gansu province,and the characterstics of the casualties caused by earthquakes are mo-ment,miserable and widely.According to the actual circumstance of the Gansu province,the main factors of the human being casualties in earthquakes are the elementary parameters of earthquakes,the natural environment,the artificial environment and social environment of objects affected by earthquakes.Then according to these characteristics,we could draw up the concrete quakeproof countermeasure to furthest reduce the casualties caused by earthquakes. |
