| 摘 要： | 本文指出,地震断裂错动产生的应力降与震级没有关系,恒定在约10-40巴.相应这种应力降水平,得到地震断裂半长度与震级存在关系式:1ga=0.5M+2.7或者1ga=0.5M+3.1.

| Abstract: | In this paper, it is pointed out that no obvious relationship exists between stress drop arising from dislocation of earthquake faults and magnitude of the earthquakes and that the stress drop of many earthquakes maintains at the same value of about 10-40 bars. At this level of stress drop, the fault dimension, half-length, varies with the magnitude of earthquakes according to the relation : log a = 0.5 M + 2.7, or log a -0.5 + 3.1, where a = half-length of faults, M - magnitude of the earthquakes. |
