| Abstract: | The principal progresses of the “International Deep Profiling of Tibet and Himalaya”conducted jointly by Sino-US-German scientists during 1992─1996 are outlined in this paper, including the advancement of the project, the brief account of the study and the principal scientific-technical results obtained, with some considerations and suggestions toward the INDEPTH-Ⅲ also put forward. |
