摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对太湖水体中溶解态微囊藻毒素(MC-LR;MC-RR)浓度进行检测,探讨微囊藻毒素浓度的时空变化及其与氮、磷、总有机碳、蓝藻生物量以及温度等湖泊环境因子之间的关系.结果表明:微囊藻毒素表底层浓度基本一致;在一天之内的变化没有明显规律;冬季微囊藻毒素浓度较高;位于竺山湾和西部沿岸地区的两个点...
