钢屈服—摩擦复合耗能器的性能研究

摘    要:本文提出了“综合利用不同耗能原理和机制来设计新型耗能器”的思想,研究开发了钢屈服-摩擦复合耗能器,并对其进行了性能试验和对比试验,考察了耗能器的工作性能和耗能性能。给出了耗能器的恢复力模型,研究结果表明,钢屈服-摩擦复合耗能器利用钢屈服滞回和摩擦两种机制耗能,具有稳定的工作性能,耗能能力强且可调节,构造简单,形状紧凑,体积小,造价低,制作与安装方便,是一种有广阔应用前景的新型耗能减震装置。

Abstract:In this paper, a new idea of energy dissipator design that different energydissipating mechanisms can be utilized comprehensively in the same kind of energy dissipatorsis put forward. Based on this idea, the mixed steel yielding-friction energy dissipator(MSYFED) is invented by the authors . The property experiment of MSYFED and the comparativeexperiment of MSYFEDs, steel circular ring energy dissipator and friction element under lowcyclic reversed loading are conducted. The working and energy dissipating behaviors areinvestigated and the restoring model of MSYFEDs are set up. The experimental results show that MSYFEDs can dissipate a great deal of energy by yielding of steel circular ring and fric-tion of steel or steel and bronze. The working and hysteretic behaviors are stable and thecapacities of load bearing and energy dissipating can be easily adjusted. MSYFEDs arecompact in shape, small in volume, simple in construction and cheep in cost. It can be in-stalled. removed and replaced conveniently and easily. Its application prospect appears to behighly promising.
