基于TOPSIS模型的土地整理项目综合效益评价研究

摘    要:本文在分析现代意义土地整理效益评价理论内涵的基础上,通过对整理区现状基础资料及土地整理相关资料收集并进行系统的分析,从经济效益、社会效益、生态效益三个方面选取了15个评价指标,建立了一套土地整理效益评价指标体系。利用层次分析法确定其权重,运用TOPSIS模型对内蒙古自治区3个井灌土地整理项目进行实例分析,实例分析结果表明:3个土地整理项目综合效益实施结果塔布赛乡整理项目实施综合效益为0.8,伍什家镇整理项目实施综合效益为0.64,双河镇整理项目实施综合效益为0.56,从土地整理实施综合效益等级上划分,塔布赛乡土地整理项目达到优秀等级,伍什家镇土地整理整理项目、双河镇土地整理项目效益良好。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the contemporary significance of land consolidation benefit evaluation based on the theory of meaning, the Situation on the basis of sorting through information and land to collect and collate relevant information for systematic analysis, from the economic, social and ecological benefits in 15 selected three evaluation, established a set of evaluation index system of land consolidation benefits .Using AHP to determine its weight, inner Mongolia Autonomous Region TOPSIS model using three examples of well irrigation of land consolidation projects,example shows that: 3 the implementation of comprehensive benefits of land consolidation project results Tabb Competition comprehensive benefit rural Consolidation Project 0.8, Wu even home town of the implementation of comprehensive benefits for the consolidation project 0.64, Shuanghezhen consolidation project to implement comprehensive benefit 0.56, benefit from the implementation of comprehensive land consolidation on the division level, Tabu race to the excellent level rural consolidation project, Wu even home town of consolidation project, shuanghezhen consolidation project benefits are good.
