| 摘 要： | 湖北煤炭地质局一二五队通过职工个人集资人股、国有资产租赁、买段经营等多种形式实施产权多元化，弥补了单位自有资金的不足，为职工的闲置资金提供了投资渠道，不仅增强了整体综合竞争力，而且还调动了投资者、经营者、劳动者三方面的积极性，为推动地勘单位的企业化进程积累了一定的经验。
