地下水水位监督性考核技术方法研究

2012年国发3号文提出要严格地下水管理和保护,加强地下水动态监测,实行地下水取用水总量控制和水位控制。在对我国地下水监测和开发利用现状分析的基础上,通过以地下水水位作为基本考核指标的监督性监测站网布设,提出了一套地下水监督性考核计算方法和评判原则。该方法对区域地下水监督性监测考核的开展具有重要的意义。

Research on Methods of Groundwater Level Supervisory Assessment

As requested from the No.3 Document is sued by the State Council in 2012, the ground water should be stictly managed andprotected , the groundwater should be monitored continuously and the overall usage and the water level monitoring of the groundwater shouldbe carried out. Based on the analysis of groundwater monitoring , development and utilization in China , this paper brought forward a set ofmonitoring assessment methods and evaluation principles, which is significant for supervisory assessment of the local groundwater.
