黑河流域水资源信息系统设计

建立黑河流域水资源信息系统的目标是为黑河流域水资源合理利用与经济社会和生态环境协调发展的研究提供基础数据和技术支撑,并辅助建立流域决策支持系统和水资源模型。本文介绍黑河流域水资源信息系统的设计和应用,共包括27个图层的空间数据、40 a气候和水文序列、以及部分NOAA AVHRR和TM遥感数据,是我国西北内陆河流域最完整的水资源信息系统之一,已被应用于黑河流域水资源合理利用以及水文和生态基础研究。

Design of Water Resource Information System of the Heihe River Basin, Northwest China

The purposes of building up the Water Resource Information System of the Heihe River Basin, northwest China (HeiheWRIS) are to provide the fundamental database and technological support for the researches on rational utilization of water resource and harmonious development of community, economy and ecosystem in this region as well as to assist to establish a basin Decision Support System and some water resource models. This paper describes the design and applications of the HeiheWRIS, which contains 27 layers of spatial data in both vector and grid format, 40 years of meteorological and hydrological observation data and some remote sensing data such as NOAA AVHRR and TM data. The HeiheWRIS, as one of the most integrated water resource information system of inland river basins in Northwest China, has been used in the rational utilization of water resource and some fundamental researches on hydrology and ecology in Heihe River Basin.
