苏锡常区域整合及其协调机制研究

区域整合是新形势下加强区域协调与合作,发挥城市与区域最佳效率的重要机制。苏州、无锡、常州是以上海为中心的长江三角洲城市连绵带北翼的中心城市,是我国人口最密集、经济和城市化水平最发达地区之一,已经具备了区域整合的基本条件。文章通过对苏锡常区域整合的条件和障碍因素分析,提出了苏锡常区域整合的目标和重点,并对苏锡常区域整合的协调机制进行了探析。

Coordinate Regional Integration and Mechanism in the Area of Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou

In the wake of new economic development, regional integration emerges as an important mechanism to enhance coordination and cooperation to cultivate the potential of the subject region in the most efficient way. Located in the north wing of the Changjiang delta, Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou,which stand as the satellite cities of Shanghai,have become one of the most densely populated, most urbanized and most economically developed regions. They are now basically eligible for regional integration. By analysing the obstacles factors and conditions influencing the regional integration of the area , this article proposes the objectives and key projects of integration. In addition, it makes some preliminary probe to the coordination mechanisms vital to integration.
