摘    要:为实时、安全、准确、高效地获取钻井现场实时数据,配套已有智能化钻参仪系统或者录井信息系统,本研究通过虚拟仪器LabVIEW、Matlab、C++、Access数据库、神经网络相结合的编程方式,完成由无线发送接收模块、远程网络传输模块、数据库模块、复杂钻进工况识别模块、事故诊断模块等5大模块组成的一套深孔智能化钻井参数远程监控及工况识别系统。基于科学钻探汶川科钻WFSD-4孔的传输及应用,证明其方便快捷,可广泛适用于配套不同类型的智能化钻参仪,提升钻井信息化水平,远程实时作业监控,工况识别事故诊断,为深部岩心钻探、干热岩高温钻孔、科学钻探工程、新能源资源勘查提供技术支撑。

Abstract:The objective of this work is to acquire real-time data of the drilling site safely, accurately and efficiently and to match the intelligent drilling parameter system or mud logging information system. In terms of the virtual instrument Labview, MATLAB, C++, Access database and neural network, the wireless sending and receiving module, remote network transmission module are completed. A set of intelligent remote monitoring and work-condition identification system for deep drilling parameters is composed of five modules: database, complex drilling condition identification and accident diagnosis modules. The transmission and application of WFSD-4 drill hole prove that this method is convenient and fast, and can be widely applied to supporting different types of intelligent drilling parameters, improving the level of drilling informatization, remote real-time operation monitoring, work-condition identification and accident diagnosis. It provides technical supports to deep core drilling, high temperature dry and hot rock drilling, scientific drilling projects and exploration of new energy resources.
