| Abstract: | Through analyses on knowledge management as well as the background and current situation of knowledge management implemented in China,the paper pointed out the difficulties in implementation of knowledge management,indicated the role of knowledge management in the process of information,and proposed effective ways to build a knowledge management system and implement knowledge management on the basis of information. |
