九孔鲍外套膜表皮细胞的超微结构

利用透射电镜观察九孔鲍（Haliotidaediversicoloraquatilis）的外套膜表皮细胞，结果表明细胞可分为4大类，即普通柱状表皮细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和感觉细胞。它们在不同区域的分布、形态和数量变化与外套膜的功能分化密切相关。

Ultrastructure of Epithelial Cells of the Mantle of Haliotis diversicolor aquatilis

Transmission electron microscope was used to observe epithelial cells of the mantle of Haliotiae diversiclolr aquatilis. The results show that there are 4 kinds of cells in the epithelium: 1) the common columnar epithelial cells which can be further devided into A, B and C types according to their ultrastructure is involved in the secretion of different shell components.2) basophilic granular cells which are electron-lucent distribute everywhere of the mantle,there are two types differentiated. 3) acidophilic granular cells which are crowded with electron-dense granules, they also can be devided into two types. 4) sensory cells which are filled with little grantiles and connected with the nerve fibers from the connective tissues appear in the outer epithelium of the mantle.
