| Abstract: | This thesis analyzes the matters on structure, technology and management in the exploitation of marine resources in Hebei province, raises the six countermeasures for exploitation and protection of Hebei Province marine resources, and puts emphasis on the discussion of matters about the management of marine exploitation and the construction of marine laws. |
