| 摘 要： | 实施西部大开发是党中央的重大战略决策,旅游业是西部大开发的突破口。西部边境省区普遍拥有把旅游业建成支柱产业的资源条件,具备形成优势产业的基本条件。本文客观分析了西部边境旅游开发现状,提出了西部边境旅游开发的基本思路、开发模式和主要措施。

| Abstract: | It is the important strategic decision of the Central Committee of the Party to implement the great development of the West, tourism trade is the breakthrough-pass of the great development of the West. The provinces and autonomous regions on the frontier in West have in common the resource condition to make the tourism trade a pillar industry, and are qualified the basic condi-tions to form the superiority industry. This paper analyzes objectively the current situation of the border tourism exploitation in West, puts forward the basic ideas?exploitation mode and main measures on the border tourism exploitation in West. |
