摘    要:干旱、水资源缺乏是制约我国干旱地区经济、社会发展和生态环境保护的关键因素。在我国西部干旱区,研究植物的抗旱机理,选育抗旱植物,提高节水栽植技术,对我国的生态环境建设及西部大开发都具有十分重要的意义。从不同方面综述了干旱胁迫下植物的形态、生理和生态适应特性,包括叶片与根系结构、光合作用、抗氧化酶系统、丙二醛、渗透调节、内源激素、抗旱蛋白和δ13C值等的变化,并简要提出今后研究工作的重点。

Abstract:Drought and short of water resource, which restrict the economy, society development and ecological environment protection, are the key environmental stresses in arid area of China. In the arid zones in western China, to research the plant drought resistance mechanism, select the plant species with higher drought resistance, and develop the water-saving techniques, are important for the environment improvement and economic development in arid area. The paper reviews research advances on drought resistance mechanism of plant species in arid area of China based on the review of the research of morphological, physiological and ecological adaptation mechanism of plant species under drought stress, such as anatomical characteristics of root, stem and leaf adapted to drought, the mechanism of defense responses to drought stress about photosynthesizes, protective enzyme of membrane system, MDA, osmotic adjustment, hormone change, drought-induced proteins and δ13C. Finally, the paper points out the key field of the research in future.
