海洋经济可持续发展的定量分析对实施海洋开发战略具有重要的实践和理论意义，其目的是量度海洋经济可持续发展的总体能力和水平，其核心是评价指标体系的确定和定量评价模型和方法的建立。文章在系统分析的基础上建立了共5层的树状指标体系，根据指标间的内在联系选取主成分分析和层次分析法构建数学模型。

The Quantitative Analysis of Sustainable Development of Marine Economy

The quantitative analysis of sustainable development of marine economy plays an important role, both practically and theoretically, in carrying out the strategy of marine exploitation. It aims to assess the integrated ability and level of the sustainable development of marine economy. Its core is to establish the index system and the method and model of the assessment. On the basis of systems analysis, this paper sets up the index system, which shapes like a tree and includes five layers. It chooses the AHP and main factors analysis to establish the mathematics model in the light of the internal relation between all the indexes.
