Discussion on the benign interaction between the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources in Guangxi and local economic development

According to the research of the relationship between mineral resources exploitation and utilization in Guangxi and local economic development, the paper summed up and analyzed the promotion of mineral resourses exploitation for the local economic development , and the existing contradiction between them as well. The dominant function exerted by state enterprises in resources exploitation, utilization and local economic development, along with the countermeasures aiming at building up benign interaction of mineral resources exploitation in Guangxi and local economic development has also been pointed out.
