福州市新一轮土地利用总体规划修编研究

本文在综合评价福州市上一轮土地利用总体规划的基础上，指出上一轮土地利用总体规划存在的不足，并结合国家目前的宏观政策和福州市发展的迫切需要，提出新一轮规划修编的基本构想，以更好地发挥规划对福州市社会经济持续健康发展的促进作用。

Research on new-round Total plan of Land-using of Fuzhou City

This article bases on talking about Fuzhou city last total plan of land-using, points out the shortcomings of the last total plan of land-using, combining with the country policy and the development demand nowadays, and then advice how to do on the new-round total plan of land-using, in order to promote the society and economics of Fuzhou city.
