天山北麓中段拗陷带地下水库的特征及其开发利用建议

摘    要:本文在对天山北麓中段山前拗陷带地下水库的各项特征进行总结的基础上,将天山北麓中段山前拗陷带划分为5个巨型地下水库,它们具有储存量大、补给条件好、调蓄能力强、供水保证程度高、水质优良等诸多优点。进而提出了地下水库勘察评价、开发与保护的4点建议:①尽快开展天山北麓构造洼地巨型地下水库天然和人工调蓄能力的勘察评价,为水资源合理利用提供科学依据;②山前构造洼地巨型地下水库是首选饮水水源和重要的工业供水基地;③优化渠系利用方式,实现地表水与地下水联合利用;④实施地下水保护战略,确保人民群众饮水长治久安。

Abstract:In this paper, the authors summarize several characteristics of groundwater reservoirs in depression zones in the middle northern piedmont of Tianshan Mountain. Five huge groundwater reservoirs are divided. They have some advantages such as large storage space, predominant recharge conditions, strong storage and regulation capacity, high guarantee of water supply and good water quality, etc. In order to make good use of these advantages, four suggestions are presented for exploration, assessment, exploitation, and protection of groundwater reservoirs:(1) Begin to investigate and evaluate the natural and human storage and regulation abilities of groundwater reservoirs in depression zone of the middle northern piedmont of Tianshan Mountain. (2) These giant groundwater reservoirs in depressions in the middle northern piedmont of Tianshan Mountain are the first choose for drinking water source and then for important industrial water supply. (3) Optimize diversion ratio and realize the conjunctive use of surface water and groundwater. (4) Execute groundwater protection stratagem, guarantee the forever safety of drinking water for local people.
