摘    要:本文对长竹蛏繁殖习性、胚胎发育和人工育苗技术关键进行研究.结果表明亲贝经暂养可促进性成熟;幼虫对温、盐度的适应较广;变态附着采用缩光培育,未经缩光的附着时间延长,存活率降低;幼虫长至约240μm变态附着,附着量在(0.6~10)×106个/m

Abstract:The habits and characteristics of breed embryo growth of Solen strictus Gould and the key question of artificial rearing are studied and discussed in the paper. The results show that the sexual maturity of its parent shellfish can be promoted; the range of the suitable water temperature and salinity for the larva is rather wide. Metamorphosis attachment is cultured by reducing light . With no reducing light , the attachment time prolongs and the survival rate is lower . When the larvae are about 240μm length ,the metamorphosis and attachment occurred . The attachment number is about (0.6~10)×106ind./m2 , and the maximum of breed period is in June to August.
