迈向21世纪的粤港澳海洋资源开发

２１ 世纪将是海洋资源开发利用的新世纪， 粤港澳共同开发邻近海洋资源已成为必然。粤港澳所辖我国海域内， 海洋资源类型丰富多样， 又有着得天独厚的开发利用条件， 海洋产业发展迅速， 但海洋资源开发中又存在一定问题， 成为该地区开发利用海洋资源的重要限制因素。针对所存在的问题， 应采取相应的对策， 以保证２１ 世纪科学合理地开发和持续利用粤港澳地区的海洋资源。

EXPLOITATION OF THE MARINE RESOURCES IN GUANGDONG,HONG KONG AND MACAO IN THE 21ST CENTURY

Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao are situated in the same geographical area which is rich in marine resources, including marine biological resources, harbour resources, tourism resources, and marine oil and gas resources, etc. They should cooperate to exploit the resources.In recent years, marine industries in the regions have been fast developed. But some problems also have emerged. For example, marine environment was severely polluted and ocean resources were deteriorated. Suggestions about the strategies and measures for development of the marine resources of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao are put forward.
