青海省国产影像公共服务平台建设方案

通过对国产卫星影像的介绍,结合青海省生态建设对影像的需求,及国外商业影像在青海省应用中存在的问题等,提出建立"青海省国产影像公共服务平台"必要性,并对平台建设提出了可行性建议。指出平台的建设,不仅可解决青海省生态建设中的重复投入、资金不足、数据精度和质量不一致、影像资料重复利用率低等弊端,还可加快国产影像在青海省的应用,并推动国产影像在应用中的关键技术研究及解决。

Discussion on Construction of Qinghai Public Service Platform of National Images

Based on the introduction of national satellite images,image demand for Qinghai ecology and possible problems in the use of overseas business images applied to Qinghai province,the paper points out the necessity to build up "Qinghai Public Service Platform of National Images" and offers the feasible proposals to overcome the shortcomings in the ecological construction,speed up the application of national images and promotes the research of the key technologies.
