| 摘 要： | 2005年11月26日发生在江西九江—瑞昌的地震是我国华东、华南内陆地区30 a来最大的一次地震,它给当地国民经济和人民生命财产造成巨大的损失,这次地震应急的实践具有我国东部地震应急工作的基本特征,是多个省地震局协调应急的一次尝试。积极、稳妥、有序的地震应急工作,得到中共江西省委、江西省人民政府的充分肯定。指出了这次地震应急工作中的不足,得出了应急实践带给我们的启示。

| Abstract: | The earthquake occurred at Jiujiang-Ruichang of Jiangxi on 26 December,2005 is the greatest earthquake in inland area of East China and South China of east of our country in the last 30 years,which brings huge loss to local national economy and life and wealth of the people.The practice of emergency response to the earthquake is of the basic characteristic of emergency response to earthquake of east of our country and is a attempt of united emergency response by multi-bureaus at province level.This active,reliable and ordered emergency response to earthquake is fully affirmed by the Party Committee and government of Jiangxi Province.Defects in the emergency response to earthquake is pointed out and some revelation bought from practice of the emergency response is gained. |
