| 摘 要： | 本文对2002年12月19日至24日华北地区的一次大暴雪伴特强降温天气过程从天气过程特点，大尺度环流形势特征，大暴雪及特强降温的成因进行了分析研究，得出了几个对该类天气的预报有指示意义的着眼点。

| Abstract: | In this article a weather process that developed on 19-24 De ce mber 2002 over the northern china going with storm snow and strongly decreased t emperature,synoptic process characteristic,mass-scale circulation situation, t he origin of storm snow and strongly decreased temperature, are analyzed.Several objective points can instruct forecast for this kind of weather are obtained. |
