| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展，大气环境质量日趋恶化，针对长春市的自然背景条件及大气质量现状，笔者分析了造成大气质量下降的原因及存的问题，提出治理的原则、目标及近、远期的治理规划。

| Abstract: | With a social development, atmosphere pollution day by day, the cause of the forming a poor atmosphere quality and the existing problem are analysed according to a nature setting condition and the present atomosphere quality of Changchun City, Jilin province. Also, an aim and a short and long term control plan for atmosphere pollution are proposed in this paper. |
