| 摘 要： | 由房产公用建筑面积分摊的原则入手，通过分析房屋建筑面积的层次结构以及公用建筑面积的分摊类型，提出了一种通用的、规范的公用建筑面积分摊计算模型。实际应用表明了该模型的合理性和有效性。
