| 摘 要： | 本文分析了２３例甲状腺癌和腺瘤的ＣＴ表现，讨论了ＣＴ诊断和鉴别诊断，甲状腺癌呈分界不清的软组织密度包块，密度不均匀，甲状腺腺瘤要据其ＣＴ表现为二个类型：（１）囊性型，（２）实质型。甲状腺癌和囊性型腺瘤鉴别不难，但是在实质型腺瘤的ＣＴ表现相类似，有时鉴别诊断困难。

| Abstract: | This article anaiysed the CT findings in 23 ones with thyroid carcinoma and adenoma. CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the tumors were discussed. Thyroid cardnoma appeared as poorly defined mass of soft tissue with inhomogeneous density. Thyroid adenoma was divided into two types according to its CT appearances: (1) CystiC type. (2) Solid type. The differentiation between carcinoma and cystic acenoma was not difficult, but the CTfindings of carcinoma and solid adenoma was similar and the differentiation between them was sometimes difficult. |
