摘    要:离子液体相行为及相关组分的影响规律对萃取过程的研究、分离工艺流程的选择和设计至关重要,在生物分子的分离与纯化方面也显示了广阔的应用前景。主要对离子液体双水相体系相平衡在国内外的研究进展进行了叙述,探讨了研究中存在的问题,为深入探究其应用提供参考。

Abstract::The influence rule of ionic liquid phase behavior and related components are very important for the process research of extraction,and the selection and design of separation process,especially in the separation and purification of biomolecules having broad application prospects. The present paper summarizes the ionic liquid phase equilibrium of aqueous two-phase system and the research progress at home and abroad,discusses existing problems,it should be a reference for further study of ionic liquid aqueous two-phase system.
