基于放样原理的特种罐内测法容量计量技术

特种罐在能源的储备和运输中具有重要意义,在研究特种罐现有容量计量技术的基础上,自主创新提出了基于放样原理和测量机器人实现特种罐容量快速和精密计量的原理和方法。将特种罐容量计量转化为点位放样问题,较好地克服了全站仪现有测量技术的缺点,并利用软件实现了特种罐容量计量的数据采集、数据计算、数据修正和报表输出的一体化。通过实际测量数据,分析了该方法的测量精度和测量效率。

Calculation Technology of Special Tank Capacity Based on Setting-out

Special Tank is important for energy sources storage and transport.Based on researching of current calculation technology of special tank capacity,the new principle and technology of special tank capacity were discussed,which could calculate special tank capacity with rapid and precision,based on Setting-out principle and surveying robot.The new method converted capacity calculation into Setting-out to avoid shortcoming of current measurement technology.At last,measurement accuracy and efficiency were analyzed with measurement data.
