异位支气管囊肿的CT诊断

目的:探讨异位支气管囊肿的CT诊断价值。方法:结合文献,对经病理证实的2例异位支气管囊肿的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果:2例异位支气管囊肿中,1例位于胃食管区,另1例位于左腹膜后区。两例CT平扫均表现为边界清晰、密度较高的肿块影,增强扫描表现为囊性部分未见明显强化;其中一例病灶有厚壁,壁均匀光滑,增强表现为环形强化,另一例病灶内部可见分隔及钙化。结论:CT平扫加增强扫描有助于诊断及鉴别诊断,CT有助于敏感地发现异位支气管囊肿,能清晰地显示病灶的部位、形态、大小、边界、密度及增强表现,确诊依赖于病理诊断。 

CT Diagnostic Value of Ectopic Bronchial Cyst

Objective: To investigate thevalue of CT on diagnosing ectopic bronchogenic cyst (EBC). Materials and Methods: The CT findings of 2 cases of EBC confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Of 2 cases of EBC, 1 casewas located in the stomach esophagus district,another 1 case in left retroperitoneal region. It all showedmass with clear boundary and relatively high density, no enhancement in the cystic. One of 2 cases of EBCwas smooth and thick wall, enhance performance for circular reinforcement. Another onewas septum and calcification. Conclusion: CT scan and enhanced scan contributedto the diagnosis and differentialdiagnoses, CTwereconductivelyto judge the location and characteristics of the lesions. Itcouldclearly show the lesion area, shape, size, density, boundary and enhancement,butitwas diagnosed with bronchial cyst by pathology only.
