| 摘 要： | 从我国老龄化的社会背景出发,分析了城市“人口红利”优势的弱化、老龄产业的兴起与发展、老年住房供需矛盾突出、老年社会角色的延续与转换等相关性特征.认为我国城市管理者或规划师应前瞻性地认识中国老龄化社会发展趋势,对城市规划从城市发展策略、用地布局、交通组织、社区规划、公众参与等过程作出应对性的调整,制定适合老年主体人群的城市规划体系,以维护社会各阶层的合法利益,体现出城市规划的公共政策性. |
