| 摘 要： | 生态旅游已成为当今世界旅游发展的潮流.自然保护区是生态旅游资源的载体,因具有资源品位高、旅游产品原生性、客源充足等优势和便利条件,成为生态旅游的最佳选择.然而,自然保护区在生态旅游的过程中出现了众多非伦理问题,这些问题严重制约了生态旅游的可持续发展.从政府、企业、公众3个行为主体层面构建生态旅游可持续发展环境伦理体系,旨在为自然保护区生态旅游可持续发展提供哲学支撑和实践借鉴.

| Abstract: | Ecotourism is becoming a tide in the world.Nature reserve is becoming a best choice for developing ecotourism because of rich ecotourism resources,superior resources conditions,virgin products and many of tourists.However,during the course of developing ecotourism,many non-ethical questions also turn up that limit sustainable development seriously.In this article,the environmental ethical system of eco-tourism sustainable development is established from three angles:the authority,the enterprise and the public,which is aimed at providing philosophic support and practical reference in the eco-tourism sustainable development of nature reserve. |
