| Abstract: | This paper describes a series of appraisable system which is suitable for the actual situation of Guangdong Seismological Bureau. It shows that the synthetic method of deciding on awards through discussion gained by combining the qualitative analysis with quantitative mark is a reasonable and feasible way of present situation. |
