都市成长区城镇空间多元组织模式研究

都市成长区城镇的发展具有复杂与动态的双重特征,本文在总结国内外相关研究的基础上,将大都市成长区城镇的空间结构与功能组织过程划分成四个阶段,即各城镇独立发展阶段、成长区培育阶段、成长区发展与扩张阶段和成长区创新发展阶段.研究以杭州市余杭区为例,从规模与结构两个角度对其所处的大都市区域化背景和自身发展特征进行解析,并对成长区城镇的发展趋势与路径进行研究,提出了网络化大都市区副城模式、创新极核与反磁力组团模式、文化创意与物流组团模式以及生态廊道与旅游组团模式四种城镇组群空间组织模式.并比较了四种模式各自特点和适用情况,最后总结了大都市成长区城镇空间组织必须着重把握的五个关系:与核心都市区之间的分工关系、与大都市人口动态变化之间的关系、与大都市经济区内外部联系通道的网络结构关系、文脉特质保护与构建都市区地域文化的关系、生态空间组织与都市区生态格局的耦合关系.
