宣传贯彻《矿产资源法》促进依法治矿

《矿产资源法》颁布实施五周年,通过宣传贯彻,增强了广大干部、群众依法办矿的法制观念,推动了各项矿管工作的开展,依法办矿的矿山取得了采矿权,非法采矿的小矿山被关闭,违法行为受到查处,矿管部门的声望越来越高,促讲了依法治矿。宣传贯彻《矿产资源法》要领导首先学法,提高认识,加强领导,建立一支专兼结合的宣传队伍,采取多种形式有重点地进行宣传教育。我国、我省面临矿产资源形势是严峻的,浪费矿产资源的现象仍存在,要继续深入宣传贯彻《矿产资源法》。

PROPAGATING AND IMPLEMENTING THE LAW OF MINERAL RESOURCES AND PROMOTING THE CONTROL OF THE MINERAL RESOURCES BY OPERATION OF LAW

The Law of Mineral Resources has been issued and put into effect for five years. Through propagada among the broad masses and cadres and implementation in practice during this period, people's idea about the law has been deepened and the management and control of mineral resources has been advanced and developed. Those who mine the mineral resources according to the law have obtained legitimation, and those who exploit mineral resources illegally have been closed down, and those who dispise or act against the law have been punished. The administrative departments and organizations for controlling the mineral resources have been getting better reputations and higher prestige, which promotes the control and management of the mineral resources according to the law. For popularization and implem entation of the law of mineral resources hereafter, first of all, leaders of all levels must study and understand the law before others, leadship must be enhanced, and a team with both proffessional and amateurish members should be established to take propagation of the law in different ways with stress on essentials.
