| 摘 要： | 随着第二次土地调查接近尾声,各个市(州)、县完成了城镇地籍数据库的建设,今后工作重点是数据库中各个要素的变更。本文根据城镇地籍数据库更新内容要求,针对国土管理部门的业务流程,提出基于日常测量业务和基于外业巡视的2种数据更新方法,设计了一套更新流程,并以长沙市城镇地籍数据库为例,实现了数据库中地形要素及时更新。

| Abstract: | Along with the Second National Land Surveying in the end,each city(prefecture) and county has also completed the construction of town cadastral database,hereafter the updates of the several elements in the database become the main point of the work.The paper followed the content requirements of the town cadastral database updates,aimed at the business process of the land management departments,put forward two update methods based on normal surveying business and outside patrolling,and designed a set of updates process,set the town cadastral database of Changsha as an example,and finally achieved the database updates of terrain features in time. |
