校园地理视频监控WebGIS系统设计与实现

摘    要:普通视频监控无法提供空间定位信息,对于大范围监控场景缺乏有效管理,不利于进行应急决策,而集成视频信息与地理信息的地理视频,则能够弥补这一缺陷。本文结合地理视频以及WEBGIS的优点,提出了基于Flex开发校园地理视频监控WebGIS系统的思路,完成了系统的总体逻辑框架设计与数据组织设计,对相关技术问题进行了探讨,并实现了该系统。结果表明,系统功能较为完善,实现了预期设计目标,在实践领域中具有应用价值。

Abstract:Video monitoring is valuable for campus synthesis management.Normal video surveillance is lack in effective management for a wide range monitoring scenarios and not conducive to emergency decision because of the lack of spatial location information.But the geovideo that integrates video and geographic information can compensate for this deficiency.According to the advantages of the geovideo and WebGIS,the realization schema of campus geovideo monitoring WebGIS system based on flex was proposed in the paper.The overall logical framework and data organization design of the system was fulfilled,the relative technical problem was discussed in detail,and the system was implemented.The results showed that the system function was complete,the design goal was achieved.And it had applied value in practice areas.
