摘    要:广西某风化壳型钛铁矿床,因其矿石杂质含磷高,主要矿石矿物钛铁矿与钒磁铁矿具镶嵌结构,属难选矿石。其试验样品,如果采用常规的重—磁选联合工艺流程,所获的钛铁矿精矿含磷仍高,达不到产品质量要求,必须除磷。若采取酸浸除磷,则成本高、污染环境。经研究试验实践,采用碱法强化精选除磷工艺,可获得钛铁矿精矿含TiO_249.48%、P0.023%,符合国家YB835—75标准三级品质量要求,同时还可综合回收钒磁铁矿和锆石。此法试剂易得、技术可行、经济效益好。

TESTS ON STRENGTHENING REMOVAL OF PHOSPHORUS FROM CERTAIN ILMENITE ORE IN WEATHERING CRUST OF GUANGXI WITH BASIC PROCESS

Abstract:In a certain ilmenite deposit in weathering crust of Guangxi, the ilmenite ore contains much phosphorus in impurity, and the main ore minerals, ilmenite and coulsonite constitute mosaic tecture. So the ilmenite is difficult to separate. If the routine gravity-magnetic concentration is put into use, the ilmenite concentrate obtained still contains much phosphorus and does not reach the quality requirement of product. If the phosphorus is removed from the ilmenite concentrate by acid soak, the cost is very high and the environment is polluted. Through test practice, the basic process is adopted to strengthen removal of phosphorus from the ilmenite concentrate, and the concentrate obtained contains 49. 48% Tio2 and 0. 023% P and comes up to the requirement of Grade No. 3 product set by Standard yb835-75 issued in China, and at the same time coulsonite and zircon can also be recovered comprehensively. Since reagents for this method are available and the technique involved is feasiable, it will give good economic benefit.
