摘    要:研究了不同氢化反应条件下电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱同时测定锗,,锡,砷,锑和铋的方法。主要对锗,锡的氢化反应酸度,缓冲溶液的选择,动态线性范围,氧化剂的选择,共存元素的干扰及其消除进行实验。方法经国家一级标准物质分析验证,结果与标准值基本相符。

Abstract:Simultaneous determination of Ge,Sn,As,Sb and Bi under different hydride generation reaction conditions by ICPAES has been studied. The acidity for hydride generation reaction, selection of buffer solution and oxidizer, dynamic linear range, interference from coexistent elements and their elimination were studied. The detection limits of the method are 0.04 g/L for As, 0.07 g/L for Sb, 0.2 g/L for Bi, 0.8 g/L for Ge and 0.2 g/L for Sn. The method has been applied to the determination of these elements in national standard reference materials (soil, rock, drainage sediment) and the results are in agreement with the certified values.\=\=
