| Abstract: | This paper introduces the composing of mobile GIS and LBS(LocationBased service) which combines the technology of GIS,spatial orientation and network communications.Then it discusses the new applications o f mobile GIS in several domains such as Location-Based Tour Guide System,dealin g with the fire emergency using mobile GIS and the management system of ambulanc es.In the end it summarizes and forecasts the development of mobile GIS. |
